Any cottage owner at Conomo Point, Lufkin Point and Robbins Island; any resident of Essex; or any holder of a mooring permit from the Town of Essex located between Robbins Island and the Gloucester line, all twenty-one years of age or over, interested in the purposes and the use of the facilities of this Association are welcome to join.
We are looking forward to a fun and enjoyable 2024 season with lots of sunshine and happy days at the Point!
Dues are payable on or before June 1st of each year.
All current members will receive an invoice for their 2024 dues which can be paid online with ACH check or credit card or by paper check mailed to the PO Box.
New members wishing to join the association can download the 2024 Membership Form below and mail in with their payment (Option 1) or complete the 2024 Online Membership Form link below (Option 2) and an invoice will be emailed which can then be paid online.
